Has anyone read the book by a prosecutor that proves George Bush is a murderer?

Regardless of what this author says. Bush did not lead this country into war. If we are blaming then blame all. The advisors who gave him limited info, the advisors who lied, and last but not the least-the Congress men and women who voted for it. And this authors only motivation was fame and money.
