Rice Krispies commercial kid?

Does anyone know who that kid with the curly blonde hair is? He has a lisp and is kind-of rambling on but I think he is SO cute! Most people find him annoying and some think he's a girl. I just want to know who he is and if he's in anything else. He seems full of imagination.... Adorable!
