Help identifying a cookbook...?

A few years ago I bought a fantastic cookbook in Waterstones, it was �9.99 and had over a thousand recipes in it. It had a bright yellow cover and had articles about butchery and baking and all things culinary and was generally very informative, I just can't for the life of me remember what it's called. I think "Bible" may have been in the title. If anybody happens to know the name of this book please let me know as I lent mine out and never got it back. Thanks
