Yes, you should. Men are not allowed into the women's locker rooms and restrooms and vice versa. Young children, though, are allowed into the opposite 's locker rooms/restrooms, but only when they are with a guardian. Whatever it takes to keep the adults out of the opposite 's private rooms. Adults know better, babies don't. This is against the law. You should definitely tell someone.
