Puberty issue! Help needed!?

Ok. Im a teen guy aged 13 this year. Ok.. Ummmm. I really like this one girl in school alright. I just moved into a new school. Ok. So i had really like this girl for about 2 weeks already. Ok.. that's just the beginning. Ok. This girl is hot, but everyone in the school hates her. Ok just 2 day i found out she likes me. And tomorrow i would like to tell her i like her. But everyone would think im stupid and stuff. AND IM THE QUIET STUDY TYPE OF PERSON AND HAD NEVER COUPLED WITH A GIRL. Ever. So what should i do? Help me please.
