What do people think when they see a bulge in someones jeans?

I always have a bulge, when i have an and when i dont, and i'm wooried if people think that i have an all the time. I always wear normal jeans and it's visible that the bulge is going down the left leg and not up, but once my friend (female) asked me if i had an wich i didnt at the time. I would like to hear womens opinion on this because men moastly know what is happening and they almost never look dow there.So the main question is do people think that i have an ? Other question is wether they find it interesting, y and nice to see or they are repulsed? P.S. Sorry if my english is bad, its a foreign language to me
