How do/did you overcome dyslexia problems in your career?

I was found to have dyslexia three years back, I am now 30. despite this I still gained a Marketing Degree 2:1 back in 2000. I never had a problem with reading and writing just some other aspects of dyslexia number problems and hearing instructions, paying attention in meetings, I have always found working in very offices challenging (I know why now.) and now work in a warehouse much easier! I was "retired" from my last entry level job because of mistakes. I know everyone is different, but are there any successful dyslexics out there who have overcome their weaknesses? Do you admit you are dyslexic? Im good at interviews and getting the job I go for but Im scared to give things a go again?? :(
