1 month old teething help!!?

My little one was one month old yesterday - we took her to the emergency dr's last week because she would not stop screaming was drooling alot and was generally very fussy i could not settle her at all - the dr told us that she has colic and also when i mentioned the drooling they had a look at her and tld me that it was possible that she was cutting teeth which i thought was not possible - today she has been very fussy again and has developed two white marks at the very front of her gums which look like teeth cutting through!!! does anybody know what we can do to help her with the pain i have tried putting her dummy in the freezer but she has got herself into such a state she just spits it out - is there anything else i can do????????
