he had no pressing agenda, just a bunch of babbling with no direction. this guy had a mental condition and was diagnosed as such. there was a group called the weathermen in late sixties i believe that they bombed a few gov. buildings. no copycats followed them. it is how the offender percieves his actions. this is a blip on the radar.
