Cute date ideas for Valentine's?

So me and my girlfriend have been going out for a few months and I know it is a little early, but I am trying to think of something simple yet cute to do for Valentine's Day. We won't be doing it on Valentine's Day because I have practice, but I still want to do something for her. We are both teenagers so nothing to extravagant or pricey. Any ideas?
