Dynamic Website to Static IP Website.. HELP!?

It doesn't matter as long as you have a way to update the DNS server with the new IP address when it changes. Use a href="http://dyndns.com" rel="nofollow"http://dyndns.com/a to help with this. Usually it costs more money to get a static IP address but if that's the route you wish to take you can get it if you want but I would ask your cousin to pay for it or a portion of the cost if you use the server for your site too.
