My puppy has been in the hospital for 5 day's with Parvo Does she have hope?

I had a puppy in a hospital for about a week fighting Parvo. She became sick the second day after I'd bought her from the public shelter. Sorry, we're supposed to say "adopted" (for a fee). She did survive and lived to be 11 years old. But, she always had stomach problems and needed a careful diet. She also had moderate to severe heart damage and she was always a bit weaker than the others. In fact, she died when her heart finally gave out completely.
