Organ at Church?

I am fifteen and my grandfather is the organist at our church. In a few weeks he is going away onvacation for a week. I would like to earn some money as well as the experience of playing the organ at church. I play the piano very well and can play all of the church music I know how to work the organ. It is a lutheran church. What should I do to see if I can substitute for him?
