What happens to old CIA agents who get diagnosed with dementia?

I actually had a retired CIA Agent come and work for me once. She was a megabitch. But she told us stuff about some of the places she lived and things she did while she was still in the CIA. She said she was allowed to talk about it and she didn't need a "cover" anymore because her missions were all over. So...I think they would probably just go to normal nursing home.
