Where can I get a kitten?

I live in buffalo new york and i been looking for a kitten online and the newspaper but i cant seem to find one that isn't expensive. I am on a budget and if its possible i want one that is 30 dollars or less.If possible can anyone tell me what website or where can i get a pure balinese or bengal kitten. i honestly want 2 cats.
